Dr Christine Suppelt is a fully qualified and registered medical doctor having graduated from the Albert-Einstein-University in Germany in 1991. After graduation she accepted a research position in Switzerland and completed a thesis leading to a doctorate (MD). In 1994 she moved to England and qualified as an Eye Surgeon and Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh (FRCSEd).
She worked in hospital medicine for almost 20 years and a short time in General Practice whilst also studying homeopathy at the Tunbridge Wells Homeopathic NHS Hospital. She qualified as a Member of the Faculty of Homeopathy (MFHom), the highest qualification in homeopathy for medical professionals in the UK, and has been treating patients with homeopathy since 2004.
Dr Suppelt is also trained in acupuncture, mistletoe therapy, natural thyroid treatment, Candida treatment, Low Dose Naltrexone, CEASE therapy and Bioidentical Hormone Therapy.
She undergoes yearly extensive appraisals and regular revalidation, follows rigorous General Medical Council guidelines including strict confidentiality and undertakes continuing professional development and training constantly widening her knowledge with the newest approaches.
Dr Suppelt has published in “Homeopathy and Health” as well as in “Simile”, lectured at the British Homeopathic Congress and has spoken about homeopathy on BBC Radio Kent.
She takes great care of her patients and believes strongly that there is often a natural solution to help her patients, but also being trained and experienced in conventional medicine she can draw from both systems to achieve optimum results for her patients.
Additionally, Dr Suppelt works as Doctor’s Representative for the Faculty of Homeopathy, is a member of the Lawrence Society of Holistic Medicine, a member of PHIRE (Physicians Health Initiative for Radiation and Environment), and a member of the BSEM (British Society of Ecological Medicine)
